Hi, I’m J.O. Valentino, a Probate and Estate Attorney with the experience and heart to guide families through one of life’s toughest moments. When I’m not making Heir Packs, I provide legal representation in a niche field of probate inheritance law involving putting money in the hands of people through probate after a car accident leaves someone dead or a child hurt. Basically, insurance companies and plaintiff’s lawyers hire me because even though they are really amazing at fighting one another in court, they bring me on to interpret wills, trusts, and provide my very particular set of inheritance skills.

With a license to practice law in Florida and a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, I specialize in summary administration probate services designed to make your life easier.
